A God on the Hudson River

It was a simple task, really. Move a five million pound hand-hammered solid copper table from Surprise Furniture into the duplex of Julian Schnabel's Palazzo Chupi on West 11th Street, overlooking the Hudson River.

The two movers spoke to a god they hadn't thought of in years.

Hello, friend Harry!

However, it was a nice acquisition.

Hugs and good weekend to you and family.

thank goodness they weren't politicians there. otherwise they'd chopped things off into pieces and sold everything on the sidewalks and then file for insurance on the whole missing piece. i've learned my lesson for sure. next time i'd refinanced first before chopping things down and then the insurance part. phew!
