Ha, reminds me of this old lymeric from England. 'Not last night, but the night before, three little drummer boys came knocking at my door, one had a trombone, one had a drum and one with a trumpet shoved up his bum'.
It had different regional variations.

We'd all be safer if everybody had a house next door for weird things to happen to. I suppose it follows that everybody would eventually live in every other house.
