How the heck did St.Valentine usurp Lupercalia? Where is the streaking, the furry whips, the drunken orgies? Oops, excuse me --I sometimes mistake my memories of ancient Rome with the 1960s. Chocolates are at least less aerobic and I'm 70. Have a lovely observance tomorrow, dear Harry.
